Maybe after MDL-56119, we forgot to review a particular scenario.
The problem is that when grading an assignment with a rubric and the rubric is expanded (which generates a pop up), this pop up hides the main buttons at the bottom ("Save changes", "Save and show next", " Reset").

This only happens when the rubric texts are longer than usual.

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to a course
2. Create a Assignment activity
   1. Set any Assignment name and description
   2. In the Grade section set grading method to: Rubric
   3. Click on Save and Display
   4. Click on Define new grading from form scratch
   5. Set any name to the rubric
   6. Add at least 2 criterion with at least 5 levels (See Criterion example.png).
   7. Click on Save rubric and make it ready
3. Go to our course
4. Go to created Assignment activity
5. Click on Grade button
6. At the right panel, click and expand the rubric panel
7. You'll see someting like Wrong Behavior.png
