RSS Block generates errors when added to the MyMoodle Page

      The RSS block generates the following errors when added to the My Moodle page by a regular site user (guest role, but occurs for any non-administrator role)

      Error: Invalid context creation request for level "50", instance "5".

      Error: Invalid context creation request for level "50", instance "5".

      Error: Invalid context creation request for level "50", instance "5".

      Error: Invalid context creation request for level "50", instance "5".

      The error does not occur when the user is a has the role of a Site Administrator.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Set debugging to NORMAL
      2. Log in with a user who is not a site admin (using the default guest role)
      3. Go to the My Moodle page by adding the /my to the end of the URL
      4. Turn Editing on
      5. Add an RSS block

      The errors will appear above the block
