Activity "Mark as done" buttons contain unformatted module names

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Plugins > Filters > Manage filters in site administration
      3. Set Multi-Language Content to On and Apply to Content and headings
      4. Create a course
      5. Create a Forum activity in the course named: 

        <span class="multilang" lang="en">Forum (EN)</span><span class="multilang" lang="de">Forum (DE)</span>

      6. Hover over the Forum Mark as done button on course page.
      7. Confirm the tooltip shows "Mark Forum (EN) as done"
      8. Navigate to "Forum (EN)" activity
      9. Hover over the Mark as done button
      10. Confirm the tooltip shows "Mark Forum (EN) as done"
      11. Click Mark as done
      12. Hover over the Done button
      13. Confirm the tooltip shows "Forum (EN) is marked as done. Press to undo."
      14. Go back to course page.
      15. Hover over the Forum Done button on course page.
      16. Confirm the tooltip shows "Mark Forum (EN) as done"

      The course module names used in the "Mark as done" completion buttons are unformatted, which leads to undesirable titles when hovering over them:
