'Recently accessed courses' and 'Recently accessed items' don't indicate when the user isn't enrolled

When a user access a course using guest access then the course/resources/activities are shown on the 'Recently accessed courses' and 'Recently accessed items' without letting users know they are not enrolled

I think it would be useful for the users to show somehow that they are not enrolled. (I can think of 2 reasons: wandering users that they are worried they enrolled themselves, and the opposite users that might think that by accessing a course they are already enrolled)
