Since Moodle 3.11 the accessability toolkit (tool_brickfield) is automatically installed and shows up in the configuration menue of all courses. This clutters up the menue and increases support.

Since we do not use this tool and have no intention to do so in the near future, it would be nice if the tookid could be disabled.
