Stealth activities should not appear in Timeline block and other dashboard notification blocks

      Stealth activities seams to appear in timeline block, calendar block and upcoming event on dashboard.

      This has been noted in Moodle 3.9.9+ and Moodle 3.11, for an assign activity.

      It raised an important incident for an exam that uses the random activity coupled with several assigns.
