Bullet list "color" are not maintained as "black."

      Apply the patch and follow the testing instructions below:

      Section Summary:

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Create a course.
      3. Switch to edit mode.
      4. Edit Section General.
      5. In the summary input. Fill text using an unordered list with three levels. Do not save yet.
      6. Verify that in the editor, the marker of the unordered list is like the following:
        1. The first level is using the disc type.
        2. The second level uses the circle type.
        3. The third & following levels use the square type.
      7. Save changes.
      8. Verify that the summary section has text we have created before with the same unordered style.

      Text and Media area Resource:

      1. In the same course. Switch to edit mode.
      2. Add Text and Media area Resources.
      3. In the Text input. Fill text using an unordered list with three levels. Do not save yet.
      4. Verify that in the editor, the marker of the unordered list is like the following:
        1. The first level is using the disc type
        2. The second level uses the circle type
        3. The third & following levels use the square type
      5. Save and return to the course.
      6. Verify that the summary section has text we have created before with the same unordered style.

      Moodle 4.0dev+ (Build: 20211230)

      In ATTO, I create a bulleted list.  The bullets are colored "black."  (see graphic rjBullets Created).

      When I save, the bullets are converted to "open" (meaning they don't get filled "black").

      This is not a big problem, but I do want to mention it.  I will create a Tracker item for this.
