Increase the font size of the description in all activities.

      Test changes on course activities

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a new course
      3. Add a choice activity to the course with: a description, 'Display description on course page' checked and an open/close date
      4. Add completion options 'Student must view this activity to complete it' and 'Show as complete when user makes a choice'
      5. View the activity (navigate to the activity view page)
      6. Verify The activity open/close date and the activity description has the same font size as the content underneath (choices / submitbutton)

      We altered the look of the course completion details and summary to match the main course page, but we would like the summary in the activity page to be the same as it previously was, and not smaller as it currently is.
