Course administration secondary navigation link redirects to the outcomes page

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Enable outcomes (Site administration > Advanced features)
      3. Create a course
      4. Go to the course
      5. In the secondary navigation menu click on "More" and then "Course administration"
        • confirm you are redirected to the Import course page{}{}

      When outcomes are enabled (Site administration > Advanced features > Enable outcomes), the 'Course administration' link in the course secondary navigation redirects to the course outcomes page.

      To replicate:

      1. Login as Admin,
      2. Enable outcomes (Site administration > Advanced features)
      3. Create a course
      4. Go to the course
      5. In the secondary navigation menu click on "More" and then "Course administration"
        1. You are redirected to the course Outcomes page instead of course administration.
