Feedback tertiary navigation followup

      Setup

      1. A course with a few users enrolled as students
      2. A feedback activity with grouping enabled

      Testing

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Go to the activity in the course
      3. Go to the templates tab
      4. Confirm you see a 'Templates' heading below the secondary and tertiary navigation
      5. Go to the analysis tab
      6. Confirm you see an 'Analysis' heading below the secondary and tertiary navigation
      7. Confirm the group selector is below the heading
      8. Go to the responses tab
      9. Confirm you see a 'Show responses' heading below the secondary and tertiary navigation.

      This is a followup to address any issues or any inconsistencies with the design prototype in the Feedback activity.

      Identified issues:

      1. Add heading ("Templates") in the templates page
      2. Add heading ("Analysis") in the analysis page below the Export to Excel button
      3. Move the separate/visible groups selector element just below the Analysis heading in the analysis page (The group mode needs to be set in the activity settings to be able to see the groups selector)
      4. Add Show responses heading below the tertiary navigation selector in the show responses page
