Survey tertiary navigation followup

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a course
      3. Enrol some users and create at least 2 groups
      4. Add a Survey activity (any survey type will do)
      5. Go to the Survey
      6. Click on the 'Response reports' item in the secondary navigation
      7. The summary page should now be displayed
        1. confirm that there is some spacing at the bottom of the tertiary navigation elements and the rest of the content
        2. confirm that there is an info notification stating that nobody has yet completed the survey
      8. From the tertiary navigation selector navigate to each available option (Scales, Questions, Participants) and each time:
        1. confirm that there is some spacing at the bottom of the tertiary navigation elements and the rest of the content
        2. confirm that there is an info notification stating that nobody has yet completed the survey
      9. Click on the 'Download results' button
        1. confirm that there is some spacing at the bottom of the tertiary navigation elements and the rest of the content
        2. confirm that there is an info notification stating that nobody has yet completed the survey
      10. Go to the Survey settings page
      11. Set 'Group mode' to 'Visible groups' (Common module settings section) and save the changes
      12. Go back to the Response reports
      13. The summary page should now be displayed
        1. confirm that a visible groups selector element is displayed right below the heading text
      14. From the tertiary navigation selector navigate to each available option (Scales, Questions, Participants) and each time:
        1. confirm that a visible groups selector element is displayed right below the heading text
      15. Click on the 'Download results' button
        1. confirm that a visible groups selector element is displayed right below the heading text

      This is a followup to address any issues or any inconsistencies with the design prototype in the Survey activity.

      Identified issues:

      1. Add padding at the bottom of the tertiary navigation elements in the Response reports page
      2. Move the Visible/Separate groups selector below the heading in the Response reports page (you will need to change the group mode setting to 'Visible groups' or 'Separate groups' in the activity to be able so see this selector)
      3. When nobody has yet completed the survey, display an info notification below the heading (or below the visible/separate groups selector if it exists) in the reponse reports pages
