Logs report loses the secondary navigation when arriving from the site administration.

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Reports > Logs in site administration
      3. Confirm secondary navigation present (the admin tabs)
      4. Press Get these logs
      5. Confirm secondary navigation is still present
      6. Use various filtering/paging, confirm secondary navigation is always present

      Replication steps:

      1. Log in as the admin

      Expected - The site administration secondary navigation bar is available.
      Actual - There is no secondary navigation bar at all.
