Icons in the 'Other users' page should be consistent

      While reviewing MDL-72994, I've seen icons are not displayed consistently as they do in other different pages (such as Participants or User management).

      In the 'Other users' page, they appear after the text displayed in the Roles column, so they are not aligned:

      They should be displayed in a new column, to make it easier for users to identify and use them:
