While reviewing MDL-72994, I've realised the information displayed in the 'Other users' page is not displayed in columns so, if you have several fields visible to users, it's really hard to identify them:

This information should be displayed as a table layer, to help users to identify easily these fields (First name, Surname, Username, Email address, Country...).

Reproduction steps:

1. In Site administration → Users → User policies, as showuseridentity check the username and e-mail-address additionally to the idnumber field as well.
2. Have a user enrolled as side wide manager.
3. Go to a course and access Participants → Other users
