MOODLE_401_STABLE
The file submitted to the assignment may disappear.
This event occurred in Moodle 3.9.3.
This case is an event that occurred once in Moodle in operation.
It also occurred once in another operating Moodle.
If you have a similar event, please share it.
The student submitted a word file for the assignment on June 15th.
When the teacher clicked on the word file submitted by the student, the browser error "ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE" was displayed.
Files submitted by another student for the same assignment could be displayed normally.
As a result of checking the database, the information of the submitted file was recorded in the mdl_files table.
The actual file was not under the / moodledata / filedir directory.
As a result of checking the server, the directory entry of the directory where the file itself should be was July 12th.
There were no files in the directory where the actual file should be.
I have installed anti-virus software, but there is no log of deleted files in the anti-virus software.
If the file is infected with a virus, the submission will fail.
Therefore, it is considered that the file submitted in this case is not infected with a virus.
Directory path where the file entity should be: filedir / ed / d0
The following is the information of the file. The database name and file name are converted to?.
