You should not be able to add certain blocks to the Dashboard

      The following blocks make no sense on the Dashboard:

      • Latest announcements
      • Mentees
      • Random glossary entry

      It is confusing for users to be able to add these blocks to the Dashboard. They were previously removed from the list of blocks to add (MDL-36455) but somehow they found their way back into the list!
