Add link to the user profile in the field Requested by at Courses pending approval

      Setup

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a new user
      3. Navigate to Users > Permissions > Define roles in site administration
      4. Edit Authenticated user role
      5. Allow the moodle/course:request capability, and save
      6. Logout

      Request course

      1. Login as new user
      2. Manually navigate to <WWWROOT>/course/request.php
      3. Fill in the form, and save
      4. Logout

      View request

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to Courses > Pending requests in site administration
      3. Confirm the Requested by column contains name of user who requested course and link to their profile

      As an administrator, a direct link to the user profile who requested the course would help a lot in deciding whether or not to approve the course.
