Hello I have a weird case happening on our Moodle and I was wondering if its happening to someone else or there is someone here than can help me resolve this.

At the start of each semester we need to copy courses to the new semester.

This is the procedure we follow

1. Open Course 1
2. Right click -> Open in New tab on the Copy Course link
3. Type the Course name and Shortname
4. Click copy
5. Go to next

We have to copy around 40 courses like this.

Now the weird part comes when sometimes courses are not copied. If for example we set 40 courses to be copied we only get 38 or 39.

Also, even though we make sure that we don't set the same shortname (anyway its impossible to use the same one) Moodle creates some copy courses by adding _1 on their shorname.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
