Ensure sufficient padding between timeline block times and activity icons

      1. Create a course
      2. Create several activities with dates (e.g. assignment with a due date, a quiz with open/close dates, etc).
      3. Enrol a student in that course
      4. Log in as a student and go to the Dashboard.
      5. On a new window, open the course homepage
      6. Compare the activity icons in the timeline block with the activity icons in the course homepage.
      7. Confirm that they look the same (except for the sizing).
      8. Confirm that the activity icons in the timeline block have sufficient spacing between the time and the event name/description.

      Once the new activity icons (MDL-71457) and the timeline block UI updates (MDL-72274) have landed, we need to ensure there is sufficient padding either side of the icons when displayed in the timeline block, so the times along the left side of the block are not positioned too close to the icons.

      With the current implementation with older style icons, it appears the space is insufficient, but we need to wait for the new icons to be inserted to check if that problem persists (and if so, update to more closely resemble the spacing shown in the prototype).
