mod_resource file embeds should output through the filter API

      Just a regression test.

      1.  Create a test course
      2. Click Turn editing on
      3. Click Add an activity or resource
      4. Click File
      5. Set Name to test
      6. Upload the attached video file in the Select files area
      7. Click Save and Display
      8. Verify the video is correctly embedded.
      9. Verify you can play the video.

      Currently any embed provided by the media manager for embedding a video or audio file is directly echoed to the page without passing through the filter API. This means that any filter that performs actions on top of media embeds can not directly target these embeds, while an identical embed in a description for the same activity will be correctly targeted
