The smalmessage is used as part of the Push Notification text and is huge in some cases because it contains a lot of HTML so it does not look good at all

We should at least strip all the html tags or find a way to make it look better

The same message provider is used for all the insights notifications, so this is basically affecting all the notifications created from there.
