As a teacher
I want to be able to inline rename a section and an activity in the course main content area in a easy way
So I don't need to reload the course page to see the changes applied

Acceptance criteria:

• The element to inline edit section and activity names should fill the full width as described in the screenshot.
• The element will be on top of 'Edit section' and the collapse/expand icon for sections 'hiding' them as described in the screenshot.
• The element will be on top of 'Edit' action menu 'hiding' them as described in the screenshot.
• A text to help user to understand the inline renaming behavior should be shown.
• Apart from that, the behavior of current inline renaming won't change.
