Pre-requisites Navigate to Plugins > Activity modules > Assignment > Feedback plugins > Annotate PDF in site administration Press Test ghostscript path and confirm Ghostscript is installed and working OK PDF annotation Create a new user Create a course Enrol new user on course as a student Create an assignment activity In Feedback types , check Feedback comments , Annotate PDF and Feedback files Log in as the student Submit  pdflibtestpage.pdf as assignment submission Log in as admin Grade the student's assignment submission Ensure you can add/use all elements from the toolbar of the PDF editor Save changes, confirm there are no errors/warnings View all assignment submissions Download the annotated file (in the Annotate PDF column of the grading table) Confirm there are no errors
