For courses, it's possible to have enablecompletion = 0 and showcompletionconditions = 1. You don't want lines in the course then.

      Test in Boost and Classic

      1. Set a course to have "Show completion conditions" set to "Yes" and "Enable completion tracking" set to "No" (you have to set it in that order and can set "Show completion conditions" to "Yes" only whilst the setting for "Enable completion tracking" is set to "Yes", too). Do set "Show activity dates" to "no".
      2. Go to that course.
      3. Verify the course does look like a Moodle 3.10 course without lines dividing activities/resources.

      The course has lines after each resource/activity (they have the "hasinfo" class).
