Screen Readers do not pick up Arrows on page

      When using a screen reader on a book in a course it does not recognize the arrow on the page in order to allow the user to continue reading. 

       

      1. Use a screen reader or text to voice option to read a book in a course
      2. choose a section that requires the user to use an arrow to continue reading 
      3.  see if the reader will acknowledge the arrow
