Setting "Course image file extensions" should use the server file extensions

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to Appearance > Courses in site administration
      3. Confirm the default value for Course image file extensions is "web_image / Image files used on the web .gif .jpe .jpeg .jpg .png .svg .svgz"
      4. Press Choose and select some more allowed file types
      5. Press Save changes
      6. Navigate to Courses > Add a new course in site administration
      7. Confirm the Course image field Accepted file types matches the selection you made previously

      The current Course image file extensions (courseoverviewfilesext) is a simple string with a comma-separated extensions list. Since several versions, moodle has a proper file extensions manager (site admin -> server -> file types) and this setting should use it.

      In fact, as discovered in MDL-71040, the default list is incomplete and does not include all possible image extensions.
