Left navigation menu items sometimes disappear if menu is expanded/collapsed too quickly.

Correct behavior

When a user expand the left navigation menu on any page of the LMS site, menu items should stay visible to the user regardless of the number or frequency the action is carried out.

Current behavior

When a user expands and collapse the menu in quick successions or double click the menu button quickly, the expanded menu will not display any visible menu items. Good news is menu items are visible if menu is expanded/collapsed slowly.
