The repository/upload/tests/behat/upload_file.feature feature is intended to test the Private files page (dedicated page rather than modal form). In the boost theme this is achieved by following the Private files link in the navigation drawer, but there is no corresponding link in Classic.

This test was disabled in MDL-64554 but we should ideally look to test this page in some way.
