MOODLE_310_STABLE
There are multiple areas within the Moodle platform where users can upload files. In this example we will take the upload of a backup file (Moodle course) when restoring a course. Whilst this improvement is useful throughout the platform it would be different for each settings page. For this reason this improvement focuses on the restoration of a course.
During the upload process, it may take some time to upload due to the file size (or connection strength).
Users can accidentally click "Save" whilst the file is uploading. The upload will continue but then once the file is uploaded, the file cannot be Saved (as the button remains greyed out). This means the file must be uploaded again.
This improvement is to prevent users clicking the "save" button until the file has finished it' upload, then becomes clickable/actionable.
