Admin user not able to modify roles on Participant view for user enrolled to a new created course

      Users are not able to change the role on the Participants list view the first time is necessary to refresh the page to allow the user to make role changes.

      Steps to replicate:

      • Login to site as Admin user
      • Navigate to Site Administration - > courses -> Add a new course
      • Create a new course
      • Click on save and display
      • Enroll some users in the course
      • In the Participant list try to update the role for any participant by clicking on pencil Icon

      OBSERVED BEHAVIOR
      User is not allowed to change the role and white background and black underline are showing for role links. You must reload the page to be able to change the role.
