Searching in template library sometimes ignores component

      To be checked for all branches (39, 310, 311 and master).

      1. Navigate to Development > Template library in site administration
      2. Select Assignment from component list
      3. Search for "grading"
      4. Hit return
      5. Confirm form contents are preserved
      6. Confirm template list is showing only Assignment templates that match "grading" search term

      When you search by component & template name, and then hit the return key only the template name is persisted in the search form. The component field is reset to All components
