Question preview: Technical info section expands if you click the help icon there

      1. Go to the Question Bank
      2. Select any question and click 'Edit -> Preview'
      3. Scroll to 'Technical information'
      4. Check the position of the help icon.
      5. Confirm that
        • on LTR, it is on the right of the Technical information link
        • on RTL, it is on the left of the Technical information link
      6. Click '?' icon
      7. Verify that the help balloon is shown.
      8. Verify that the technical information section does not expand/collapse.
      9. Click the 'Technical information' label away from the help icon'
      10. Verify that the technical information section expands/collapses.

      2. Select any question and click 'Preview'
      3. Scroll to 'Technical informationn'
      4. Click '?' icon

      Expected result: help balloon is shown.

      Actual result: technical info section expands/collapses in additon to the help appearing.
