As noticed by sarjona during the integration review of MDL-69050:

Rules unit-blacklist and function-url-scheme-blacklist have been deprecated and replaced by unit-disallowed-list and function-url-scheme-disallowed-list respectively.

We use the deprecated rules in the current .stylelinrc. We are using version 13.3.3 of stylelint and these new rules were added in 13.7.0 as per https://stylelint.io/changelog

Once MDL-69815 is done and a recent version of stylelint is used with the renamed rules available, we should switch to them too.
