Give more information about what Behat at the end of install

        php admin/tool/behat/cli/init.php

      2. Towards the end of the script, confirm that you see information about:
        • Behat configuration being created and the time the process took
        • Theme building and the time the process took

      At the moment, once Behat init.php has created the database, there is then a long pause when nothing appears to be happening. It would be good to make it clear.

      Also, since this is slow, it might be good to output the acutal time taken. Perhaps if people see the times, they might be encoraged to optimise them?
