Create quiz with completion criteria "require passing grade"

Create a page and restrict access to "complete with pass grade"

User with student role cannot access the page after completing the quiz with a passing grade. While redundant, it seems this should not prevent the user from accessing. I was helping a user that set this up with the expectation that the students would be able to access the page after completing the quiz with a passing grade.
