Minor Several people have reported that, since upgrading to 3.9, when they attempt to upload a file (in various areas of Moodle), the drag and drop functionality is not available and the uploaded file is not displayed in the box.
The problem occurs with the Boost theme, as well as with a custom theme, and enabling debugging doesn't give any error messages.
