This is strongly desired feature to be improved.  The case was opened before (MDL-36857)

However, this case has been dormant for many years.

Therefore, I wish features below will be considered to be improved to ease the workflow of second marking and moderation.

Second makers/moderators have to download feedback files one by one which will create human errors.  When a number of people are involved in marking, make the process much much slower due to a numerous times of downloading and uploading.  It is also time consuming to download feedback files one by one manually, which will cause human errors when re-uploading added/amended feedback files by second markers/moderators. 

 I would like to request followings in order to continue working with the Moodle Assignment feature.

1. able to download all feedback files in bulk
2. able to download all feedback files of selected files
3. able to open feedback files without downloading / open feedback files online in the same browser
4. have a choice of online marking without downloading

I very much hope the Moodle Assignments will be improved very soon.
