When using chrome browser, navigating to the admin page:

/Site administration/Courses/Backups/Automated backup setup

 in RTL mode, the element:

Execute at backup | backup_auto_hour

is misdisplayed;   the minutes select element is displayed before the hours select element

it should be displayed the same way as LTR, should not be flipped.

using firefox browser, everything seem to look ok,
