Behat webserver logs "A required parameter (pageid) was missing"

      1. Create a forum
      2. Press Add a new discussion topic
      3. Press Advanced
      4. In the Atto toolbar for the Message field press Insert or edit image
      5. Confirm you don't see the following in your webserver error log:

      From MDL-68459:

      Problem B: A required parameter (pageid) was missing. It happens 4 times.

      Happens in scenarios: "questions with images in answers and responses" and "Duplicate question page with image in answer"
