Login as Admin Setup and enable a Flickr public repository ( https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Flickr_public_repository) Go to Private files Click on the "Add..." button to open the Filepicker In the filepicker select the Flickr public repository In the "Full text" search field enter "Old Pigeon Tower Mixed With Sunset" (this is a name of an existing public video on Flickr, you can use another one as long as it refers to a certain video) make sure NO results are being returned. Search for anything else ("bird", "cat"... your preference), select an image and verify that it works ok and ends in the private files.
