I am noticing that the Group Messaging setting (enabled at the group level in the course) is NOT coming over in the Backup and Restore process. I am seeing this behavior on a 3.6 and 3.7 site. With this being a course/group type of setting and not a user setting it would be a great improvement to have this come over with a backup and restore process that includes groups and groupings.

To recreate issue:

1. create group in a course and enable group messaging
2. backup and restore the course with Groups and Groupings
3. check the restored course group where group messaging was enabled and it will show as disabled
4. The expectation would be that the group messaging setting would stay enabled with a backup and restore process
