timeenrolled values in course_completions table seem incorrect

    • MOODLE_37_STABLE, MOODLE_401_STABLE, MOODLE_404_STABLE, MOODLE_405_STABLE, MOODLE_500_STABLE

      To reproduce:

      1. Enrol a student in a course with completion enabled with a start date equal to yesterday's date.
      2. Run the daily completion task: 

        php admin/tool/task/scheduled_task.php --execute="\\core\\task\\completion_daily_task"

      3. Query the timeenrolled value for the student's record in the course_completions table.
      4. Convert this timestamp to a human-readable date.
      5. Expected: The timestamp for the timeenrolled field should be set to yesterday.
      6. Actual: It is being set to the date when you created the user's enrolment.
