      1. accessibility (the existing UI breaks WCAG guidelines by offering an accessible, and non-accessible variant)
      2. Remove use of YUI2
      3. Switch to templates
      4. Switch to Web Services
      5. Reduce complexity
      6. Allow more theme customisations
