The Custom OAuth2 settings form is missing the checkbox for "require email validation", which can easily be set via the database, but will always be reset, if changes are made to the oauth2 service.

If you run moodle locally and use your own infrastructure for oauth2, there's really no reason to have an active email validation. Please allow the checkbox to be set by administrators again.
