Add an option to "Manage badges" to let users choose if some external badges should be displayed also in their profile. OBv2.1 doesn't support collections, so the current interface should be changed (and some UX work should be done in order to decide how to review the existing "importing collections" which will only work for Badgr.io, because it's not defined by the standard).
