Create a course C1. Set its groups mode to "Separate groups"

Create at least 2 groups G1 and G2

Enrol a non-editing teacher t3 to the course. Do not add this teacher to any group.

Login as t3, Go to Grades > View > Grader report

Make sure it displays a message "Sorry, but you need to be part of a group to see this page."

Login as admin and add teacher t3 to a group

Login as t3, Go to Grades > View > Grader report

Make sure it displays the report with the group name in the header
