Deprecate unused password recovery strings

        $ git grep -B1 passwordconfirmchange


        $ git grep -B1 passwordnohelp

      2. Confirm the only results returned are from "lang/en/deprecated.txt" and "lang/en/moodle.php" (no references in code)

      It seems like some strings related with password recovery were removed in this commit many years ago but they haven't been deprecated. The ones I could find are emailpasswordsent, passwordsent and passwordsenttext but there may be more.
