Hello,

Course completion percentage (seen on your dashboard under the course name) tracks only activity completion on a course and not course completion.

I think it should track course completion if the course has any activities selected under "Condition: Activity completion" on "course completion" -page.

This would make more sense to the students which have completed all required acitivities (that the teacher have told them to do) and still not have 100% completion percentage shown. 

This would also let teachers still track "less important" activities, now they have to turn completion tracking off from these less important activities to get percentage to 100% for the students.
