      Requires an external LTI component to be installed and available on the activity chooser.

      Testing instructions:

      1. As an admin, create an empty course
      2. Turn editing on
      3. Confirm there is no error message and the LTI component is displayed on the chooser.

      If you have LTI components defined in the course, the course_module_chooser_exporter throws a 'Exception - Call to a member function out() on string' error when the editing is enabled.
