The 'More help' link in the Analysis interval help popup links to https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Time_splitting_methods (a page which doesn't exist).

This is incorrect because it doesn't allow for a link to Moodle Docs in the user's language.

Please see https://docs.moodle.org/dev/String_API#More_help_links for details of how to correctly implement the 'More help' link.

I suggest a short relative path of admin/tool/analytics/model as for the 'Moodle Docs for this page' link.
